Swede living in the UK since 1998. VANA was born from 20 years working in the city, mum of two kids, starting PT & Boxing coach business, traumatic childhood and managing 2 autoimmune illness. 

My real focus on self work and discovery started in 2011 when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.
